Replacement Diploma

Graduates of Calvert County Public Schools may order a replacement diploma. (Please note that Calvert County Public Schools does not keep copies of diplomas.)

The cost of a replacement diploma is $40.00. Accepted forms of payment are check or money order made payable to Calvert County Public Schools. Credit cards are not accepted.

Return the completed Request for Replacement Diploma form, a copy of your photo ID, along with your payment to:

Payment must be made before the order will be placed.

It takes approximately 6 to 8 weeks for an order to be completed.

A notarized letter verifying graduation may be obtained by contacting the guidance office of the school from which you graduated.

Transcripts may be obtained by contacting the guidance office of the school from which you graduated.
